RETURNS: 

We do not accept returns on any item. Please see exchanges below.

EXCHANGES:

If you need to exchange item(s) for the same sticker(s) or same earring(s) that are damaged, bent, or torn due to shipment. Items must be mailed back WITHIN TEN (10) DAYS from receiving your shipment.

If we are exchanging items due to shipping damage we will cover the shipping cost for exchanging your item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable on original orders.

NON-EXCHANGEABLE ITEMS:

Used or worn items, custom or personalized items, all earrings unless damaged on arrival, Sale, clearance or final Sale items.

SALE/PROMOTIONS/CLEARANCE ITEMS:

Only regular priced items may be exchanged. Sale or clearance items cannot be exchanged. Final Sale items means all sales final. No exchanges. No additional promos allowed on clearance and/or final sale items. No refunds on any digital products.

SHIPPING:

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item without tracking.
